11 June – Module 2: Multi-species mass transport modelling
Topics: Principle of multi-species transport, kinetic reactions, discussion on the transport of nitrate/ammonim in agricultural sites, example of the transport of industrial solvents (e.g. TCE and PCE).
16 June – Module 3: Modelling radionuclei processes
Topics: Modelling chain reactions using FEFLOW, example of Uranium decay.
18 June – Module 4: Fully reactive transport and discussion
Topics: Introduction to reactive transport with FEFLOW piChem module, FEFLOW—PHREEQC coupling concept, example of infiltration of acid mine drainage (AMD), final course remarks and open discussion.
